Staff
CRHA employs three full-time
staff - the Director, Finance Officer and Housing Officer - and a part-time
Clerical Officer. All staff work from our office location near Bodmin Parkway
railway station, and the Director has overall responsibility for the day to day
affairs of the Association.
Funding has been obtained
from The Tudor Trust, Cornwall County Council and DEFRA for a two year project
to promote the development of Community Land Trusts in Cornwall and the
Community Land Trust Project Manager has been in post from April 2006.

Peter has worked in housing since 1982,
having started his career with the Housing Department of Sefton Council in
Bootle, Merseyside. From Sefton he moved to North British Housing
Association in Preston before returning to Merseyside to work in the Walton
and Kirkby offices of Merseyside Improved Houses. He joined CRHA in 1993 as
Housing Manager & Company Secretary.
