St Keyne
CRHA owns 8 properties at Sandy Close, St Keyne - 4 three bedroom houses and 4 two bedroom houses.
The properties were completed in November 1994. They were acquired as completed units from a larger housing association as part of a "property swap" which resulted in a net increase of 4 homes for CRHA.

All of the properties have gas central heating and the three bedroom properties also have open fires.
We will give priority for rehousing in these properties firstly to households with a connection to the parish of St Keyne and secondly to households with a connection to one of the immediately adjoining parishes.
