St Keyne CRHA owns 8 properties at Sandy Close, St Keyne - 4 three bedroom houses and 4 two bedroom houses. The properties were completed in November 1994. They were acquired as completed units from Devon & Cornwall Housing Association as part of a "property swap" which resulted in a net increase of 6 units for CRHA. All of the properties have gas central heating and the three bedroom properties also have open fires.
