St Buryan CRHA has two developments in St Buryan: Kew Pendra Close was completed in June 1990 and consists of 7 three bedroom houses. All properties have oil-fired central heating and open fires. Kew Pendra was completed in March 1992 and consists of 3 three bedroom houses and 3 two bedroom houses. All properties have electric heating and open fires.
