St Agnes, Isles of Scilly
CRHA owns three properties at Higher Town on St Agnes - two 3 bedroom houses and one 2 bedroom bungalow.
The homes were completed in January 2011 and have been built on land acquired under a 125 year lease from the Duchy of Cornwall.
They feature high levels of insulation, solar hot water systems, rainwater harvesting systems and wood burning stoves which provide heating via radiators.
The properties are connected to a septic tank and a service charge will be payable in addition to the weekly rent to cover the costs, for example, of desludging.
