Ruan Minor

CRHA has 11 properties at Long Moor, Ruan Minor.

The first phase of the development was completed in December 1998 and consists of 2 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom houses and 2 two bedroom bungalows. All of these properties have electric heating and open fires.

The second phase of the development was completed in July 2003 and consist of 2 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom houses and 1 two bedroom bungalow. All of these properties have oil-fired central heating.
