Pelynt CRHA owns 8 properties at Luffman Close, Pelynt - 4 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom houses and 2 two bedroom bungalows. The properties were completed in November 1998. All of the properties have electric heating and open fires. All of the properties are connected to a sewage pump for which a service charge is levied in addition to the rent to cover the costs of servicing and maintenance.
