Barnes Acre, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly CRHA acquired land adjacent to Normandy Farm from the Duchy of Cornwall in December 2006 for the construction of six new homes for rent which were completed February 2008. The development consists of three 3 bedroom houses and three 2 bedroom houses, all with ground source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting systems and wood burning stoves.
