Morwenstow

CRHA owns 13 properties at West Beckon Close, Shop, Morwenstow.

The first phase was completed in March 1993 and consists of 4 three bedroom houses and 2 two bedroom houses.

Four of the properties have oil-fired central heating. In two of the properties we have replaced the oil-fired system with electric boilers supplemented with solar thermal systems.

Multi-fuel stoves have also been fitted into existing open fireplaces in some of the houses.

The second phase of seven homes was completed during August 2008.

It consists of 2 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom houses, 1 two bed bungalow and 2 two bedroom flats (designed for couples and/or single people).

The recent properties feature ground source heat pumps with the houses and the bungalow also having wood burning stoves.
