Manaccan

CRHA owns 5 properties at Minster Meadow, Manaccan - 3 three bedroom houses and 2 two bedroom bungalows.

The properties were completed in April 1992 and all have electric heating with open fires.

All properties are also connected to a private sewage treatment plant and tenants pay a service charge in addition to the weekly rent to cover the costs of servicing and maintaining the treatment plant.

Our properties at Manaccan were featured for many years on the cover of the former Housing Corporation's Rural Strategy (unfortunately without being credited).
