Lizard

CRHA has two developments at Lizard village.

Trenoweth Meadow was completed in November 2000 and consists of 2 three bedroom houses, 1 two bedroom bungalow and 2 two bedroom flats.

All properties have oil-fired central heating and the three bedroom houses also have an open fire.

The properties were built on land donated to CRHA by The National Trust.

Trenoweth Meadow has the distinction of being the most southerly social housing scheme on the British mainland.

Per Kithen was completed in August 2002 and consists of 2 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom houses and 4 two bedroom flats.

All properties have oil-fired central heating.

The two bedroom flats on both developments were designed to meet the needs of couples and/or single people.
