Lizard CRHA has two developments at Lizard village. Trenoweth Meadow was completed in November 2000 and consists of 2 three bedroom houses, 1 two bedroom bungalow and 2 two bedroom flats. All properties have oil-fired central heating and the three bedroom houses also have an open fire. The properties were built on land donated to CRHA by The National Trust. Useless fact: This development has the distinction of being the most southerly affordable housing scheme on the English mainland.
Per Kithen was completed in August 2002 and consists of 2 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom houses and 4 two bedroom flats. All properties have oil-fired central heating. The two bedroom flats in both developments were designed to meet the needs of childless couples and/or single people.
