CRHA owns 16 properties at Goonhilly Close, Goonhavern - 8 three bedroom houses, 4 two bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom flats and 2 two bedroom bungalows.

The two bedroom flats were designed to meet the needs of couples and/or single people The first phase of this development was completed in January 2005. These properties have oil-fired central heating.

The second phase of the development was completed in February 2008. These properties have heating and hot water provided by ground source heat pumps.
