The homes at Pleydon Close all have oil fired central heating with open fires. All the properties are connected to a private sewage treatment plant and tenants pay a service charge in addition to the weekly rent to cover the costs of servicing and maintaining the treatment plant. There is allocated parking and some communal areas with trees. There are also private gardens to the rear of the properties.
The properties were acquired in March 2003 as an “off the shelf” package from a developer who had based the designs on our development at Luffman Close, Pelynt.
