CRHA owns 13 properties at West Beckon Close. They were built in 2 phases.
Phase one of West Beckon Close consists of 6 houses and they were completed in March 1993. There are 4 three bedroom houses and 2 two bedroom houses. 4 of the properties have oil-fired central heating and 2 properties have had their oil-fired systems replaced with electric boilers supplemented with solar thermal systems. Multi-fuel stoves have been fitted into existing open fireplaces in some of the houses.
Phase two cosists of 7 homes and was completed during August 2008. There are 2 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom, 1 two bedroom bungalow and 2 two bedroom flats designed for couples and/or single people. These properties feature ground source heat pumps with the houses and the bungalow also having wood burning stoves.
All the properties have allocated parking bays.
