Coads Green CRHA owns 4 properties at Chapel Close, Coads Green - 1 three bedroom house and 3 two bedroom bungalows. The properties were completed in October 1990 and all have oil-fired central heating and open fires. All properties are also connected to a private septic tank and tenants pay a service charge in addition to the weekly rent to cover the costs of emptying and maintaining the tank and associated infrastructure.
