Cornwall Community Land Trust
Cornwall CLT Limited (CCLT) is a charitable organisation established in 2007 to provide good quality affordable housing to meet local needs either directly or by assisting local community land trusts to become established.
CCLT was established as part of the Cornwall Community Land Trust Project set up and hosted by Cornwall Rural Housing Association.
CCLT is run by a voluntary Board of Management and employs one full time member of staff. Additional administrative support is provided by Cornwall Rural Housing Association.

St Minver CLT Limited
This Community Land Trust was registered as a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee in December 2006. It is a Registered Charity.
A site in Rock was purchased a start on site was made on 1st October 2007.
The development provided 12 two and three bedroom bungalows for local people through a self-build scheme which was managed by the CLT.
North Cornwall District Council provided both a setting up grant and also development finance by way of a secured interest free loan.
The scheme was completed on time and within budget in December 2008.

A second phase started on site during March 2010. This was a joint development with Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA). It provided 4 homes for rent through CRHA and eight self build plots for St Minver CLT. The CRHA homes are completed and let and the CLT homes are due to be ready for occupation during December 2011.

St Just in Roseland CLT Limited
This Community Land Trust was registered as a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee in April 2007. It is a Registered Charity.
It has purchased a site for a scheme of 8 affordable homes for local people at St Just in Roseland using the self-build route.
Carrick District Council provided a setting up grant plus grants to help the CLT purchase the land and project manage the self-build scheme. Six self-build homes are currently under construction and due for completion during Spring 2011.
St Ewe Affordable Homes Limited
This Community Land Trust was registered as a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee in April 2008 with financial support provided by Restormel Borough Council.
A joint development with CRHA was completed in January 2011 which provided two homes for rent via CRHA and 4 homes for sale via SEAHL.
Camelot Community Interest Company
This CLT has been registered as a Community Interest Company. It has started on the construction of fourteen affordable homes for sale to local people at The Sidings in Delabole which will be completed by the end of June 2012.

Lands End Peninsula Community Land Trust
This CLT is a registered charity and also a charitable company limited by guarantee.
The CLT has acquired a lease on a farm to set up Bosavern Community Farm. It is also aiming to submit a detailed planning application to build affordable homes for sale on land currently owned by Cornwall Council by the end of December 2011.

Luxulyan Community Land Trust
This CLT is registered as charitable company limited by guarantee. It is developing homes in partnership with a local developer. The first four homes are scheduled to be completed during Autumn 2011.
Percy's Meadow, Blisland
This was joint development between CCLT and CRHA to provide a mix of affordable housing for rent and for sale to qualifying local people.
CRHA provided seven homes for rent and CCLT provided six homes for sale, all of which were occupied by December 2009.
Brambleside, St Teath
This is a joint development between CCLT and CRHA to provide six homes for rent through CRHA and 10 homes for sale through CCLT. The project started on site during March 2010 and the homes were available to purchase from March 2011.

Redmoor Parc, Kelly Bray
Bryher Close is a scheme of 19 dwellings being developed by CCLT with Devon & Cornwall Housing and Selleck Nicholls Ltd.
A mixture of houses and flats are being provided for sale to qualifying local people at the following prices:
- 1 bedroom flats - £70,000
- 2 bedroom houses - £87,000
- 3 bedroom houses - £127,000

This is a development of 8 affordable homes for sale to local people by Cornwall CLT. The homes are available for occupation from August 2011.

- 3 bedroom houses - £127,000 (only 2 remaining)
The properties are for sale on a freehold basis but are subject to a resale price covenant to ensure that they remain affordable to those on local incomes.

Nancledra
Cornwall CLT has obtained detailed planning permission for the construction of two affordable bungalows for sale on land off Chypons Estate in Nancledra. The land is being purchased from Cornwall Council.
