Blisland
CRHA has developed two affordable housing schemes in Blisland: Pentor Court and Percy's Meadow
Pentor Court
The homes at Pentor Court were the first properties to be constructed by CRHA.
They were completed in May 1988 and consist of 2 three bedroom houses and 4 two bedroom houses.
All properties have oil-fired central heating and open fires.
Percy's Meadow
Percy's Meadow was completed in 2009.
The development consists of seven rented homes - 2 three bedroom houses, 3 two bedroom houses and 2 two bedroom flats designed for couples and/or single people. All properties have heating and hot water provided by ground source heat pumps and the houses all have wood burning stoves.
Cornwall Community Land Trust
CRHA also built 6 houses for sale at Percy's Meadow through Cornwall Community Land Trust.
