The property has gas central heating, one parking space and a private rear garden. The weekly rent is expected to be in the region of £86.38 (including £0.50p service charge). The property will be let to a household nominated to us by North Cornwall District Council and we understand that the Council will be advertising the vacancy through the Homefinder Direct scheme. Preference will be given in the first instance to households with a connection to the Parish of Week St Mary.
