Cornwall Rural Housing Association currently owns 232 properties in village locations throughout Cornwall and on the Isles of Scilly.

Most of the properties we own have been built subject to planning or other restrictions as to who can occupy them. This means that we can only re-house anyone who can demonstrate a local connection with a village or a parish where we have properties.

The precise definition of a “local connection” varies according to where the properties are located. However, it will generally mean that you must currently either live or work in the parish, or have lived there recently and had to move away to find housing or work, or have close family in the parish who either need your support or can provide you with support.

We will not be able to assist you with housing if you cannot demonstrate a connection with a village or parish where one of our developments is located.

Please note that we are no longer participating in the Homefinder Direct scheme and you will therefore need to contact us at the above address if you wish to be considered for our housing in Caradon, North Cornwall or Restormel.

If you wish to apply for housing owned by other landlords in Caradon, North Cornwall or Restormel you will need to register with Homefinder Direct at PO Box 151, St Austell, PL25 3BJ or www.homefinderdirect.org.uk

Click on the links below for information about the types of property we own, where they are located and the average weekly rents we charge. We will be updating these pages in the coming months to give detailed information about the type of qualifying local connection that is required for each development.

Please contact us if you require any further information.

We will not be able to assist you with housing if you cannot demonstrate a connection with any of the above areas.
